Enrolment and fees

Enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable course fee. Program fees, duration, schedule, inclusions and mode of delivery will be communicated before enrolment.

Course access and intellectual property

Course access, learning resources, live sessions, recordings and materials are intended solely for the enrolled learner. They must not be shared, reproduced, recorded, resold or distributed without written permission from Learning Bee.

Learning Bee course materials, presentations, worksheets, recordings, assessments, branding and proprietary resources remain the intellectual property of Learning Bee and/or their respective rights holders.

Attendance, participation and schedules

Learners are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and completing assigned activities. Missed classes caused by learner absence may not be rescheduled individually unless otherwise agreed.

Learning Bee may reasonably reschedule a session, substitute a trainer with an appropriately qualified trainer or modify the delivery schedule when necessary. Learners will be informed of material changes.

Learning outcomes and certification

Learning Bee provides structured training, guidance, feedback and learning resources. Individual results vary with attendance, participation, practice, prior proficiency and performance. No examination score, employment outcome, visa result or other external outcome is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate written offer.

Certificates of completion are issued only when the learner meets the attendance, assessment, assignment or completion requirements communicated for the program.

Learner conduct

Learning Bee may restrict or discontinue access in cases of abusive behaviour, harassment, academic misconduct, unauthorised sharing of materials or serious disruption of classes, subject to applicable law.
